Coach Excursion - Nicosia and Troodos Mountain Villages

• Free time in Nicosia Old Town Centre (approx. 1 hour)
• Free time and guiding in Kakopetria village (approx. 45 mins)
• Free time in Troodos Mountains Square for lunch (optional extra not included in the price) (approx. 1 hour)
• Free time and guiding in the Holy Cross Monastery and the traditional wine press in Omodos village (approx. 1 hour) - Dress appropriately - no tank tops or shorts allowed for men or women in the monastery

A coach tour to the Troodos Mountains villages. Our first stop is Cyprus’ capital city, Nicosia – one of the last remaining divided cities in the world. We have free time – around one hour, to take a stroll around the old town. Relax with a coffee or walk up to the barrier (also known as the ‘Green Line”) which divides Nicosia into two since the Turkish invasion, in 1974. We then drive on to the quaint mountain village of Kakopetria. A well preserved village with traditional picturesque houses. The village is known for its running waters and mini waterfall. We continue to the peak of the Troodos Mountains, through the pine forests and stop at Troodos square where free time is given for lunch (optional extra). After lunch we travel on to the wine making cobbled stoned village of Omodos. Omodos is built around the Monastery of the Holy Cross; one of the oldest and most sacred on the Island. There are a myriad of small shops where you can taste and buy some of the best Cypriot handmade products and wine.

NB: Visitors must dress appropriately when visiting religious places. No tank tops or shorts allow for men or women. Bring along a change of clothing.

• Pick up is only available from Protaras, Ayia Napa and Larnaca Pick up points
• Be Ready at the pick up point at least 5 minutes before the pick up time in case the bus arrives earlier.
  
• Have your ticket / voucher with you on the day of the excursion and give it to the bus driver when you are picked up.
• You can carry food and drinks with you, but consumption is not allowed on the bus. Only water consumption is allowed on the bus.
• Meals are not included in our excursion price.
  
• Time spent at each pick up point and excursion stop are approximate estimates and could change depending on road traffic.
  
• Front seats can be reserved for people with disabilities
  
• Infants up to 24 months travel free and will not be charged. Children 2-12 years are allowed a 50% discount of the adult price.

• You may cancel your booking for free until 24 hours before the date of the trip. If cancelled after that or in case of no show, the whole amount will be charged.
• If for any reason, the excursion is cancelled by us, we will offer you an alternative trip, an alternative day to take the same trip or a issue refund.
