Famagusta, North Cyprus

The city of Famagusta can be found in the Turkish territory of Cyprus and is the perfect place to visit if you’re in search of history and culture. Since it was abandoned years before, it’s become famous as a ghost city that’s stuck in a time warp. Many of the coach tours will take you to the Roman ruins within the Venetian walls, as well as the harbourside and ancient Monastery of St Barnabas.
